Level 1
Enjoy yourself by taking a beginning Belly Dancing class. This class is for all ages, shapes and sizes. You will feel relaxed, as classes begin with deep breathing and yoga—then invigorated as simple movement and dance steps are taught to encourage fun and self-expression in a variety of ways. Beginning Belly Dance is a moderate level exercise class that engages a variety of muscle groups.
Level 2
Continue to celebrate the next level of this beautiful art form. Instructional concentration will include more advanced technique and choreography while continuing to express the joy present in this dance. It is suggested to have taken two Level 1 classes before registering for this class.
Please wear dance/fitness attire, bring a hip scarf, and 3 yard lightweight veil to class.
